How to Keep in Good Health

Health is the greatest wealth in the life of a man. The importance of keeping in good health is precise in every walk of our life. In order to keep in good health first of all one needs to follow the rules of health and cleanliness. It means that he/she must eat a balanced diet and take proper rest. He/She should eat in fixed time. Too much food cannot ensure good health. One should eat as much as one needs. He/She should try his/her best to take fresh and formalin-free food items. He/she must eat seasonal fruits and vegetables. He/ she must go to bed early and rise early. Then, physical exercise plays a vital role in keeping in good health. If he/she does not take part in games and sports, he/she will not be physically sound. After that, one needs to keep in mind that good health does not mean only physical health. Health means the soundness of body as well as the soundness of mind. Without having a sound mind, he/she cannot concentrate on his/her works. The rules of hygiene play a vital role in keeping in good health. He/she must wash his/her body everyday with soap and put on clean clothes. He/She should not use the towel and clothes of others. Before having anything he should wash his hands.

Everybody should take physical exercise regularly following the rules and according to age and condition of the body. But excess of physical exercise is harmful for health. In fine, physical exercise gives us a feeling of joy and happiness.

Student life is the most ideal opportunity to develop habits of discipline. Students have to attend school at the proper time and follow the school rules. They must follow the instructions of their teachers. Teachers are not able to instruct students, and students can’t be taught if there isn’t any discipline.

Discipline is extremely important in the field of play. The player must show respect for the decisions of the referee or umpire. Discipline is strictly enforced when in the army or on the battlefield. It is the most important factor to the victory for the army. The discipline must be maintained and taught in the home. It should be taught in the early years of the girls and boys. Discipline is the primary aspect of success in the world. It provides organization and a system to the life’s activities and eventually takes us to the highest level of achievement. Without discipline, no one can excel and neither can any nation thrive.

Exercise should be done at the appropriate time. After eating, it is not recommended to exercise. It is not recommended to exercise with a full stomach. We must be aware of aspects. Morning is the most ideal time to exercise. Certain exercises can be done during the evening, too. Physical exercise helps keep the muscles of our body in good shape. If we exercise regularly the organs of our body can work correctly. This will ensure that we are healthy and free of illness.
